Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as due to health related regulations, refunds are not permitted.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective or damaged & returned within 14 days from purchase date. Please contact info@thatscrunchiegirl.com.au with a photo to the attention to detail of the fault for approval of return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase attached to your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by THAT SCRUNCHIE GIRL ox.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thatscrunchiegirl.com.au.

Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded if defective or damaged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thatscrunchiegirl.com.au.

Shipping
To return your exchanged or refunded item, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
